Ward A. (Sam) Rouse
Attorney at Law

Home Page

I have many years of experience in representing people just like you who have been injured in some way, whether through damage to themselves, their property, their personal financial situation, their reputation, or had their rights violated.  If you have been wrongfully deprived of a right, or your health or your property, I can help.  Even if your opponent is a huge entity - the government, a major corporation, or an insurance company, I can level the playing field.

I received my law degree from Drake University Law School in 1990, where I was a member of Law Review.  After a short stint as a prosecutor, I went into private practice where I remain today.  I am admitted to practice before every court in Iowa, as well as both the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.  I have been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with an “AV” rating.

I believe in always trying to do my very best for every client in every case, and working hard to make sure that saying “you will get my best” is a statement of real significance.  I would be happy to meet with you to discuss your case and my qualifications. My office is easy to find and parking is free. I will make myself available for evening and weekend appointments when necessary and if your mobility is limited I will travel to your location.
