I have many years of experience in representing people just like you who have been injured in some way, whether through damage to themselves, their property, their personal financial situation, their reputation, or had their rights violated. I received my law degree from Drake University Law School in 1990, where I was a member of Law Review. After a short stint as a prosecutor, I went into private practice where I remain today. I am admitted to practice before every court in Iowa, as well as both the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. I have been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with an “AV” rating.
